These guys always make sure to be thorough, as quick as possible, and so very friendly and personable. They stayed an hour after closing once just to get our car done. I will forever go here and recommend them. Prices are fair when it comes to mechanics

I needed a budget truck to move furniture and was referred to Charlie’s . I called there they got me a truck the same day and at a more then fair price. I left my car for an alignment and oil change while I used the budget truck. Charlie the owner is a really nice young man. Check them out

The nastiest customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’m shocked that they are still in business and budget should not be doing business with them at all. I show up to pick up my budget truck in which I made a prior reservation for a 12 foot truck. They tried to give me a cargo van and tell me it was the same thing. Then tell me the only thing they can do is give me a few free miles. I returned the truck same day and they told me first thing Monday they would remove the hold and charge me for the actual amount. I called them Monday afternoon because I have not received any email or call from them. They told me that they were busy and would get back to me. I called them again later still nothing. When I called again, the guy told me he already told me they will get to me when they get to me and hung up the phone and now will not answer my calls. It was the same man who was rude to me when I went to pick up my truck in the first place and told me a 12 foot truck is the same thing as a cargo van, which is grossly false. When I finally got a hold of someone, he then gave me a total much higher than what was on my reservation and says it was because of insurance that I never added and it
